Video gait analysis is commonly used to slow movement down and visually explain what we are seeing. For runners and sporting injuries, we may also assess and record outdoor running, as this often provides a more natural representation of running mechanics than treadmill-based assessment.

Why has my pain started now?
Our bodies can tolerate a certain amount of stress and load. Pain often develops when the demands being placed on the body exceed its current capacity. This may occur following changes in activity levels, training loads, footwear, work demands, recovery, or other contributing factors.
Is my foot pain caused by my flat feet?
Possibly. Flat feet can contribute to certain conditions, but they are rarely the whole story. Many people have flat feet without pain. A biomechanical assessment helps determine whether foot posture is relevant to your particular situation.
What happens if I need an X-ray, ultrasound, or MRI?
If imaging is required to confirm a diagnosis or assess the extent of an injury, we can arrange referral for appropriate investigations and use the findings to guide your treatment plan.
